A Tier-1 law firm is hiring for the position of Associate – Corporate (Private Credit) at its Noida office. This is a premium corporate role focused on high-value financing transactions.
Eligibility Criteria
- 1–2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
- (2023–2024 graduates preferred)
- Prior experience in Private Credit / Financing Transactions (mandatory)
- Strong drafting, analytical, and transaction-handling skills
NAture of Work / Responsibilities
- Working on private credit and financing transactions
- Drafting loan agreements, security documents, and transaction papers
- Conducting due diligence
- Advising on structured finance deals
- Assisting in deal negotiation and execution

Noida (NCR)
