Remuneration: Up to ₹33,000 per month (plus travel expenses on actuals)
Eligibility Criteria:
• 1–3 years of litigation experience.
• Minimum 1 year of continuous litigation experience involving court work.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle client interactions professionally.
• Must be able to join full-time from 01 July 2026.
• Candidates should be based in Delhi or willing to relocate.
Responsibilities:
• Regular appearances before Trial Courts, High Courts, and the Supreme Court of India.
• Drafting petitions, applications, replies, and other legal documents.
• Assisting in case preparation and litigation strategy.
• Managing client interactions and consultations.
• Handling matters related to domestic violence, maintenance, child custody, family law disputes, workplace gender discrimination, and related issues.
• Supporting the overall litigation practice of the organization.
