ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Naks Legal is inviting applications for two full-time Legal Associate positions at its West Patel Nagar, New Delhi office.
Position: Legal Associate

Location: West Patel Nagar, New Delhi
Experience: 1–3 years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Freshers: Not eligible
The role involves litigation, drafting of civil and criminal pleadings, corporate advisory, commercial litigation, and contract/agreement vetting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and vetting court pleadings in a timely and efficient manner.
- Vetting agreements, contracts, and commercial documents.
- Negotiating and discussing assigned matters and drafts with clients.
- Providing legal advisory and general legal opinions wherever required.
- Handling other professional activities associated with the role.
Skills Required:
- Excellent command of legal drafting and the English language.
- Working knowledge of computers and internet-based legal research.
- Proficiency in using Manupatra and SCC Online.
- Strong litigation and drafting capabilities.
Additional Requirements:
- Court appearances are mandatory for the position.
- Preference will be given to candidates from Delhi.
- Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred.
