Naks Legal is hiring 2 Legal Associates for a full-time position at its New Delhi office.

About the Role:
The selected candidates will work on litigation and drafting, including civil and criminal pleadings, corporate advisory, commercial litigation, and contract and agreement vetting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and vetting court pleadings in a timely and efficient manner
- Vetting agreements, contracts and commercial documents
- Negotiating and discussing assigned matters and drafts with clients
- Providing legal advisory and general legal opinions wherever required
- Handling other professional activities assigned by the firm
Skills Required:
- Excellent drafting skills
- Excellent command of English
- Working knowledge of computers
- Ability to conduct legal research using Manupatra and SCC
Note: Court appearances are mandatory for this position.
Preference: Candidates from Delhi and those available for immediate joining.
