ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Mohile Patankar Associates is inviting applications for the position of Associate – Media, Entertainment & Real Estate at its Mumbai office.
Position: Associate – Media, Entertainment & Real Estate Location: Mumbai Experience: 1–2 years PQE
The selected candidate will work closely with the firm’s partners across Media and Entertainment and Real Estate practice areas.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements.
Supporting transactions from structuring through execution.
Conducting legal due diligence and research.
Attending client meetings and participating in negotiations.
Assisting with select litigation and dispute-related matters.
Handling the day-to-day legal and commercial requirements of clients.
Eligibility & Key Skills:
1–2 years of post-qualification experience.
Strong drafting and communication skills.
Sound understanding of legal fundamentals.
Good commercial judgment.
Ability to take ownership of assigned matters.
