About the Opportunity
Metalegal Advocates is inviting applications for the position of Associate – Forensic to join its Investigations & White-Collar practice. This role offers direct exposure to real-world investigation assignments, financial analysis, regulatory scrutiny matters, and structured litigation support under experienced professionals.
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. / CA / CA (Inter) / CFE / MBA (Forensic) or equivalent qualification
- Strong academic foundation
- Demonstrated interest in financial investigations or regulatory litigation
- Comfort with analytical work, documentation, and financial data
- High ethical standards and confidentiality orientation
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical mindset
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
- Analysing financial statements, bank transactions, and fund flows
- Preparing forensic working papers and investigation notes
- Supporting litigation teams in organising and presenting documentary evidence
- Conducting regulatory and statutory research for investigation assignments
- Assisting in compliance reviews and internal control assessments
- Drafting preliminary summaries, notices, and investigative reports
