About the Opportunity
Selected candidates will work with the General Corporate and M&A Team and gain exposure to corporate laws, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory matters, and related transactional work.
Eligibility Criteria
• 5-year law degree from a reputed university with a good academic record.
• Prior training or work experience with a reputed law firm in the Corporate/M&A practice.
• Good understanding of the Companies Act, 2013.
• Knowledge of FEMA, 1999, SEBI laws, and RBI regulations.
• Understanding of the Indian Contract Act and Industrial & Labour Laws.
• CS qualification and related training/work experience will be an added advantage.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Assist with General Corporate and M&A matters.
• Conduct legal and regulatory research.
• Assist with corporate and transactional documentation.
• Work on matters involving Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, and RBI regulations.
• Assist the team with ongoing corporate transactions and related assignments.
