Eligibility Criteria
- Law graduates (freshers and experienced candidates can apply)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in computer applications and legal drafting
- Ability to represent matters before courts and tribunals
- Working knowledge or exposure to:
• Section 138 Negotiable Instruments Act
• Arbitration
• Banking Laws
• NPA/NEC Compliance
• SARFAESI matters - Must own a vehicle for field work and court appearances
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

- Handling litigation and recovery-related matters
- Representing cases before courts and tribunals
- Drafting legal documents and pleadings
- Managing banking and compliance-related legal work
- Coordinating field work and court appearances
- Supporting case preparation and legal strategy
