ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
KPS Advocates is inviting applications for the position of Associate Advocate at its Gurugram office.
Position: Associate Advocate Experience: 1–3 Years PQE Location: Gurugram Nature of Opportunity: Urgent Hiring
Eligibility & Requirements:
Advocate duly enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
Minimum 1+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
Excellent command over written and spoken English.
Strong legal acumen and court craft.
Experience in court appearances, arguments, and cross-examination.
Proficiency in legal drafting, legal research, and case strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Legal drafting and documentation.
Legal research and case preparation.
Court appearances and client representation.
Assisting in litigation strategy and case management.
