Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: 1–3 years.
- Hands-on experience in US IT Staffing or working with US clients is preferred.
- Experience or strong skills in candidate onboarding, documentation, and agreement drafting.
- Ability to handle legal and related documentation.
- Interest in US Staffing and Legal Operations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle candidate onboarding and related documentation.
- Prepare and review agreements and legal documentation.
- Support legal operations relating to US staffing.
- Coordinate documentation and compliance-related processes.
- Work with US clients and internal teams as required.
