About the Opportunity
Hinduja Leyland Finance Ltd is inviting applications for the position of Legal Officer – Commercial Vehicle Portfolio & LOS Recovery. This role involves handling recovery-related litigation, arbitration matters, and legal compliance for the commercial vehicle portfolio. Local candidates are preferred.
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. (3-year or 5-year course)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant legal experience
- Strong experience in arbitration proceedings
- Knowledge of NI Act Section 138
- Experience in handling EP cases, consumer cases, and criminal matters
- Ability to manage police complaints and customer visits
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
- Professional attitude and ability to work independently
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
- Managing legal matters related to commercial vehicle portfolio and recovery
- Handling arbitration proceedings and NI Act matters
- Managing EP cases, consumer cases, and criminal matters
- Coordinating customer visits and recovery-related tasks
- Handling police complaints and related documentation
- Supporting legal compliance and documentation work

Stipend
CTC up to ₹25,000 + attractive incentives
