Hammurabi & Solomon Partners is hiring an Associate for its Dispute Resolution team in New Delhi.
The role offers exposure to high-value commercial disputes, domestic and international arbitrations, and complex construction and infrastructure matters involving private entities and PSUs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle/assist in arbitration and commercial litigation matters.
- Draft pleadings, submissions, applications, claims, defences and correspondence.
- Appear before the Supreme Court, High Courts, tribunals and other forums.
- Work on EPC, FIDIC, BOT, concession and public procurement disputes.
- Conduct legal research and assist with opinions and advisory work.
- Support evidence management, witness preparation, hearings and case strategy.
- Liaise with clients, experts, counsel and tribunals.
Eligibility & Requirements:
- 1–2 years PQE in commercial litigation/arbitration.
- LL.B. and Bar Council enrolment.
- Strong drafting, research and analytical skills.
- Exposure to arbitration and construction/infrastructure disputes is preferred.
- Ability to take ownership and work in a fast-paced disputes practice.
