ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
GnA is looking to strengthen its corporate practice by welcoming 2–3 talented lawyers with 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
The role will involve advising on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, with a primary focus on:
- Contract drafting, review, and negotiation
- Supporting transactional engagements
- Advising on corporate and commercial matters
- Working closely with clients and senior members of the team
The opportunity offers meaningful exposure to diverse matters and the opportunity to work closely with clients and senior members of the team.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong understanding of corporate and commercial law
- Experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation
- Ability to work effectively with clients and senior team members
