ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Position: Legal Manager (Non-Litigation)
Location: Nagpur
Experience: 5+ Years
CTC: Up to ₹10 Lakh
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of property laws of Maharashtra, particularly the Vidarbha region, including Nagpur, Amravati, Akola, Buldhana, Chandrapur, Wardha, Bhandara, and Nanded.
- Ability to independently conduct title searches for APF cases and understand RERA projects and litigation involved in such projects.
- Basic knowledge of SARFAESI and litigation.
- Knowledge of MLRC Code, MIHAN, CIDCO, MHADA, MADC, NIT, NMRDA, Inam, Nazul, Gaothan, and Nagar Panchayat properties is mandatory.
- Understanding of stamp duties and title documents.
- Ability to draft and vet Indemnity, Mortgage Deeds, Affidavits, Declarations, and Loan Agreements.
- Capacity to decide on deviations for retail cases, including high-value cases up to ₹5 Crores.
- Knowledge of reading revenue documents in Marathi, including Government Resolutions (GRs) and Local Authority Orders.
- Ability to understand affordable-segment cases, including rural-background collaterals and issues relating to deviations in title.
