ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Clove Legal is expanding its team and inviting applications for multiple Associate positions in the Corporate, Commercial & M&A practice.
Position: Associate – Multiple Vacancies
Area of Practice: Corporate, Commercial & M&A
PQE: 0–3 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, assess, analyse, negotiate, and finalize contracts and agreements.
- Negotiate transactions and agreements relating to M&A, business transfers, collaborations, licensing, leasing, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 0–3 years of PQE.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Contract Law, Corporate Laws, Real Estate Law, Employment Laws, and related areas.
- Client-service experience.
- Impeccable written and spoken language skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Ability to prioritize and meet multiple and competing deadlines.
- Valid licence to practice law.
