Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Practice Area: Commercial Litigation
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
LL.B. degree from a recognised institution.
Enrolment with the Bar Council.
Strong legal research and drafting skills.
Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
Proactive approach and willingness to learn.
Prior litigation experience will be preferred but is not mandatory.
AREAS OF PRACTICE AND EXPOSURE
The chambers primarily handles commercial disputes and appears before the following judicial and quasi-judicial forums:
High Courts
National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT)
National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT)
Commercial Courts
Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT)
Arbitral Tribunals
Selected candidates will have opportunities to work on complex litigation matters, legal research, drafting, litigation strategy, and court appearances.
