About the Opportunity
Bridgehead Law Partners is inviting applications for the position of Associate. The role is ideal for young lawyers looking to build a strong litigation practice and gain hands-on exposure to commercial disputes and court-related work.
Eligibility Criteria
• LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
• 0–2 years Post Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Strong legal research and drafting skills.
• Good understanding of court procedures and litigation practice.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Genuine interest in litigation and dispute resolution.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Conduct legal research and case law analysis.
• Draft pleadings, applications, notices, written submissions, and legal opinions.
• Assist in handling commercial dispute matters.
• Support court appearances, filings, and case preparation.
• Coordinate with clients, counsels, and other stakeholders.
• Assist in litigation strategy and matter management.
• Maintain case records and legal documentation.
