The firm is now expanding its Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) practice and is looking for a qualified lawyer to join their dynamic team.
Position Details:
- Role: Lawyer – TMT Practice
- Experience Required: 2–3 Years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)
- Location: New Delhi
- Practice Area: Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT)
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing technology-related contracts
- Advising on data privacy laws, intermediary liability, and digital platform regulations
- Conducting in-depth legal research on emerging global tech laws and policy trends
- Supporting clients on regulatory compliance and technology-related legal issues
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution
- 2–3 years of relevant PQE, especially in tech contracts and digital regulations
- Excellent research and legal drafting skills
- Demonstrated interest in technology law, privacy, and international legal developments in the digital space
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment
