ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Anant Merathia & Associates is inviting applications for 2 Associate positions.
The firm advises and represents clients in corporate and commercial disputes, litigation, arbitrations, and related matters. Its primary areas of practice include the Companies Act, 2013 and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, with substantial work before NCLTs and NCLATs, in addition to matters before the High Court of Madras, DRT, DRAT, RERA, and other forums.

Experience: 1–2 years
Remuneration: Subject to discussion
Preferred Candidates:
Candidates with 1–2 years of experience and a strong understanding of the following areas will be preferred:
- Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
- Companies Act, 2013.
- Contract Laws.
- Arbitration.
- Other major substantive laws.
Candidates based in and around Chennai/Tamil Nadu are preferred for logistical viability.
