Eligibility Criteria:
• 4–6 years of Post-Qualification Experience.
• Prior exposure to Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).
• Experience in Capital Markets and General Corporate Advisory matters.
• Exposure to Data Protection and Privacy-related work.
• Strong drafting, research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle corporate transactions and advisory assignments independently.
• Practical experience in Data Protection matters will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
• Advising clients on General Corporate and Commercial matters.
• Assisting in M&A transactions and corporate restructuring exercises.
• Working on Capital Markets and regulatory advisory assignments.
• Advising on Data Protection and Privacy compliance requirements.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction and commercial documents.
• Conducting legal research and providing strategic legal advice.
• Supporting clients on regulatory and compliance-related matters.
