About the Opportunity
Applications are invited for the position of Associate (0–2 Years PQE). This role is suitable for freshers and early-stage advocates looking to build a career in commercial litigation and arbitration.
Eligibility Criteria
- 0–2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Strong interest in litigation, arbitration, or IPR
- Good drafting and research skills
- Ability to assist in court appearances
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
- Drafting pleadings and legal documents
- Conducting legal research
- Assisting in court appearances
- Working on commercial disputes, IPR, and arbitration matters
