Eligibility Criteria
- Strong foundation in Corporate Law
- Interest in M&A and transactions
- 0–2 years of experience
- Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
- Assisting in M&A transactions and deal structuring
- Drafting corporate agreements and documents
- Conducting legal due diligence
- Supporting corporate advisory work
- Working on cross-border and international matters
