Position: Local Advocate
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Engagement: Full-Time / Professional Association
Eligibility & Requirements:
- LL.B. graduate and enrolled with the Bar Council.
- Familiarity with local courts and legal procedures in Pune.
- Strong drafting and legal research skills.
- Good communication and professional conduct.
- Prior litigation experience will be preferred.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Court appearances and case follow-ups.
- Legal research and drafting.
- Liaising with court authorities and local stakeholders.
- Assisting in civil, criminal, and commercial matters.
