About the Internship:
Krisha Jariwala is inviting applications from enthusiastic law students who have a keen interest in family law and litigation to join her office as Legal Interns. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real litigation work and client interactions.
Internship Details:
- Location: Mumbai
- Duration: 3 Months
Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicants must be in the final year of their undergraduate law program or must have completed LL.B.
- Excellent legal research and analytical skills
- Strong interest in litigation, drafting, and research
- Good drafting and communication skills
- Prior or basic exposure to drafting pleadings and applications is desirable
Nature of Work / Responsibilities:
- Legal research and drafting of representations
- Assisting with legal research, drafting legal documents, and preparing case summaries
- Attending court hearings and client meetings
- Assisting in case preparation and briefing
- Supporting documentation, filings, and compliance-related work
