About the Internship:
Join the office of Adv. Ashok Soni, where you’ll gain practical exposure to key areas of Intellectual Property Law. This internship is ideal for law students or recent graduates who are eager to explore IPR litigation and prosecution in a real-world setting.
Nature of Work:
- Handling matters related to trademarks and copyrights
- Drafting replies to Examination Reports, Oppositions, Counter Statements, Rectifications
- Assisting in Infringement and Passing Off suits, Civil Suits, and related litigation and prosecution work
Mode: Online (Offline option available for candidates based in Paschim Vihar, New Delhi)
Duration: 1–2 Months
Start Date: Immediate or from June 2025

Eligibility Criteria:
- Law students (preferably in 3rd year or above of 5-year course / final year of 3-year course) or recent graduates
- Must possess basic understanding of IP laws
- Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and self-motivated candidates are preferred
