ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Zenith Law Chambers is inviting applications from law students for its September and October 2026 Internship Cohort.
The Chambers is looking for diligent and keen learners with excellent command of spoken and written English who are genuinely interested in developing a strong foundation in litigation practice.
The internship offers substantial practical exposure through:
- Extensive legal research on SCC Online and Manupatra
- In-depth understanding of procedural law
- Drafting assignments commensurate with the applicant’s level of experience
- Practical understanding of legal issues and assigned tasks
- Exposure to litigation practice
Applicants should demonstrate the ability to quickly grasp legal issues, understand assigned tasks with precision and exhibit a strong work ethic.
Essential Knowledge:
- Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
- Code of Civil Procedure, 1908
Added Advantage: Familiarity with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019
Minimum Requirement:
- Students in the 3rd year or above of a 5-year integrated law programme, or
- Students at the equivalent stage of a 3-year LL.B. programme
