About the Internship
The internship is designed for law students interested in gaining hands-on experience in corporate law and understanding the day-to-day functioning of an in-house legal team.
Eligibility Criteria
• Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
• Good legal research and drafting skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal databases is preferred.
• Good English writing and communication skills.
• Interest in corporate law, contracts, compliance, and legal research.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Conduct legal research on relevant legal and regulatory matters.
• Prepare case briefs and research notes.
• Assist the Legal Team with document formatting and quality checks.

• Proofread legal and corporate documents.
• Review content and documentation for grammar, clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
