About the Internship
Applications are invited for a paid legal internship (3 months, on-site) at the firm’s Hyderabad office. This is a hands-on internship involving real work across multiple domains.
Eligibility Criteria
- Penultimate or final-year law students
- Strong interest in corporate law
- Good research, drafting, and analytical skills
- Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
- Assisting in corporate transactions and structuring
- Conducting legal due diligence and compliance advisory
- Drafting contracts, term sheets, and resolutions
- Supporting litigation before District Courts & High Courts
- Conducting regulatory research (SEBI, Companies Act, etc.
- Assisting in startup advisory and IP-related work
