R K Sharma is inviting applications from motivated and committed law students for a physical litigation internship for the months of January & February 2026.
This internship offers direct exposure to courtroom practice before multiple judicial forums and is ideal for students who are serious about building a career in litigation.
Internship Details
- Location: Patel Nagar, New Delhi
- Duration: 2 Months (January & February 2026)
- Mode: Physical / On-site
Eligibility Criteria
- Final-year students of a 5-year law course or LL.B. graduates
- Strong legal research and analytical skills
- Genuine interest in litigation, drafting, and research
- Good drafting and communication skills
- Willingness to actively participate in proceedings before District Courts, High Courts, Supreme Court, and Tribunals
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
- Legal research and drafting of representations
- Assisting with legal research, drafting pleadings, and preparing case summaries
- Attending court hearings and client meetings
- Assisting in case preparation and briefing
- Supporting documentation, filings, and compliance-related work
