About the Internship
The internship is designed for law students seeking hands-on experience in litigation, with exposure to drafting Special Leave Petitions (SLPs), writ petitions, replies, and appearances before the Delhi High Court and other forums.
Eligibility Criteria
• Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
• Good command of English (written and verbal).
• Familiarity with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong research and analytical skills with a keen interest in litigation.
• Basic understanding of court procedures.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Assist in legal research and drafting of legal documents.
• Support the legal team in preparing for court hearings and client meetings.
• Maintain and organise legal files and documents.
• Communicate effectively with clients and external parties.
• Assist in drafting Special Leave Petitions (SLPs), writ petitions, replies, and other pleadings.
• Assist in court proceedings before the Delhi High Court and other judicial forums.
