About the Internship:
Sakshar Law Associates is inviting applications for a General Litigation Internship with a focus on Tax and Corporate Laws. This virtual internship is designed for students seeking practical litigation exposure and a comprehensive understanding of tax and corporate litigation practice.

Scope of Work:
Selected interns will be involved in:
(i) Drafting appeals, affidavits, applications, and replies.
(ii) Drafting and reviewing agreements and contracts.
(iii) Drafting legal notices, plaints, and petitions.
(iv) Assisting in legal research for ongoing matters.
(v) Case analysis and preparation of briefs.
Eligibility Criteria:
(i) Students pursuing LL.B. or B.Com.
(ii) Strong interest in general litigation, particularly tax and corporate matters.
What You Will Gain:
(i) Hands-on experience in general litigation relating to tax and corporate laws.
(ii) Practical exposure to compliance and advisory work.
(iii) Internship completion certificate.
