About the Internship
Applications are invited for a one-month internship program commencing from 9 March 2026, which may be extended based on performance. This internship offers hands-on exposure to constitutional litigation and civil-commercial matters in a professional court-based environment. The internship will be conducted offline for six days a week.
Eligibility Criteria
- Undergraduate students enrolled in 3-year or 5-year LL.B. courses
- Strong interest in constitutional and commercial litigation
- Good research, drafting, and analytical skills
- Professional attitude and willingness to work in a rigorous litigation environment
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
- Assisting in constitutional law matters and Public Interest Litigations
- Supporting research and drafting in civil and commercial law matters including IPR, insolvency, and service law
- Assisting in case preparation for matters before Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, and NCLAT
- Supporting documentation, legal research, and litigation strategy work
