About the Internship

Eligibility Criteria
- Final-year LL.B. students (graduating between June–August)
- Strong drafting, analytical, and research skills
- Familiarity with company law, contract law, and real estate laws
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
- Assisting in corporate advisory and transaction work
- Drafting commercial contracts and legal documents
- Conducting due diligence and title search reports
- Performing legal research and analysis
- Supporting real estate and corporate matters
