Kohli & Kohli Law Associates is looking for a Law Intern to join its litigation practice in Gurugram.
The selected intern will receive practical exposure to litigation work, including drafting, legal research, court and tribunal matters and real estate-related disputes.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
The opportunity is open to:
- Law students pursuing their 3rd year onwards.
- Fresh law graduates.
- Candidates with strong legal drafting skills.
- Candidates with strong legal research skills.
- Candidates who can join immediately.
- Candidates who can commit to working from the firm’s Gurugram office.
NATURE OF WORK / ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The intern will receive exposure to:
- Drafting complaints.
- Drafting written submissions.
- Preparing replies.
- Drafting legal notices.
- Legal research and case analysis.
- Matters before RERA/HARERA.
- Matters before District Courts.
- Matters before the Registrar of Societies.
- Matters before other tribunals and forums.
- Real estate-related disputes.
- RWA/Society disputes.
- Civil litigation.
- Court and tribunal appearances.
- Supporting ongoing litigation and case preparation.
