About the Internship
KAVA Law is inviting applications for a remote legal internship from diligent and curious law students. Interns will work closely with the firm on research, drafting, and transactional support while contributing to knowledge-building initiatives. The internship duration is between 3–6 months.
Eligibility Criteria
- Final-year law students or candidates who already hold an LL.B. degree
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Strong legal research and drafting abilities
- Good analytical ability and attention to detail
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
- Researching and drafting legal representations and documents
- Supporting legal opinions, compliance checks, and coordination on ongoing matters
- Researching recent High Court and Supreme Court precedents and drafting legal articles
- Supporting due diligence and document review for transactions and litigation
- Conducting legal research on statutes, regulations, and case laws
