ABOUT THE FIRM
Jain & Saigal Law Offices is a full-service law firm based in New Delhi. Established in 2021, the firm is headed and run by two partners who are practising advocates and Advocates-on-Record (AORs) for the Supreme Court of India.
The firm specialises in civil and commercial laws, with a particular focus on domestic and international arbitration, insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings, recovery matters, cheque bouncing matters, property disputes and labour matters.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Jain & Saigal Law Offices is looking to onboard four interns.
Open Positions:
A) Two Interns
- 5th year of a 5-year law course; or
- 3rd year of a 3-year LL.B. course
B) One Intern
- 3rd/4th year of a 5-year law course; or
- 2nd year of a 3-year LL.B. course
C) One Intern
- 1st/2nd year of a 5-year law course; or
- 1st year of a 3-year LL.B. course
Stipend: Depending on performance

Nature of Work & Exposure:
Interns will receive practical exposure to:
- Court proceedings
- Drafting
- Legal research
- Client meetings
- Domestic and international commercial arbitrations, depending on the student’s year
The work includes civil and commercial litigation, domestic and international arbitrations, insolvency and debt recovery, property disputes, banking laws, service law, matrimonial matters, consumer protection, cheque dishonour and white-collar matters.
Interns may also assist with legal research, drafting opinions and agreements, along with other aspects of running a litigation practice.
