Eligibility Criteria
- 3rd, 4th, or 5th-year students of a 5-year LL.B. programme
OR - 2nd and 3rd-year students of a 3-year LL.B. programme
- Strong understanding of Contract Law, IP Law, and Corporate Law
- Excellent legal research and drafting skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and legal research databases
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting IP research, trademark searches, and copyright formalities
- Assisting in due diligence and company incorporation documentation
- Drafting legal notices, cease-and-desist letters, and responses to IP objections
- Supporting client coordination and maintaining case trackers
- Monitoring IP renewals and corporate compliance deadlines
