The Chamber of Advocate Dhruv Singhal is inviting applications for a Legal Internship at its Gwalior office. The internship is designed to help early-year law students build a strong foundation in legal research, drafting, and court procedures.
About the Internship
This internship offers hands-on exposure to litigation and legal practice, making it an ideal opportunity for students looking to develop practical legal skills from the beginning of their law school journey.
Eligibility Criteria
• 1st and 2nd-year law students (5-year Integrated LL.B. or 3-year LL.B. programme).
• Good command of English (written and verbal).
• Familiarity with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong research and analytical skills with a keen interest in litigation.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Conduct legal research on statutes and case laws.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Assist in case management from filing to trial.
• Support evidence collection, witness interviews, and discovery.
• Assist in hearings, mediation, arbitration, and other court proceedings.
• Advise and assist in tracking case progress under the guidance of senior advocates.
• Assist in settlement discussions where required.
