About the Internship
Bizlegal India is inviting applications for the position of Legal Intern. This internship offers hands-on exposure to advisory and transactional work and is ideal for candidates interested in corporate and startup law. The internship duration is between 3–6 months and will be conducted from the Noida office.
Eligibility Criteria
- Final-year law students or candidates who already hold an LL.B. degree
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Strong legal research and drafting abilities
- Good analytical ability and attention to detail
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
- Researching and drafting legal representations and documents
- Supporting legal opinions, compliance checks, and coordination on ongoing matters
- Researching recent High Court and Supreme Court precedents and drafting legal articles
- Supporting due diligence and document review for transactions and litigation
- Conducting legal research on statutes, regulations, and case laws
