Athena Law Associates is inviting applications for the position of Assessment Intern in its Indirect Tax Litigation Practice. The internship offers practical exposure to GST, Customs, Foreign Trade Policy, and allied laws, with the possibility of a full-time role based on performance.
About the Internship
This is a full-time, in-office internship for final-year law students and fresh law graduates interested in indirect tax litigation.
Eligibility Criteria
• Final-year students of the 5-year Integrated LL.B. or 3-year LL.B. programme, or Fresh Law Graduates.
• Basic understanding of GST, Customs, and Foreign Trade Policy.
• Strong drafting and formatting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.

• Assist in legal research relating to indirect tax laws.
• Draft and review legal documents and submissions.
