About the Internship
Ab Initio India LLP is inviting applications for the role of Assessment Intern at its New Delhi office (General Corporate and M&A Team).
The firm’s practice primarily focuses on General Corporate Advisory, Drafting, Reviewing and Negotiation of Contracts, Legal Due Diligence, and drafting transaction documents for M&A Deals.
Eligibility
- Students studying in 3rd year and onwards of a 5-year integrated law course.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Opportunities to assist in drafting, research, and strategic discussions, and handle projects independently.
- Exposure to General Corporate and M&A practice areas.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analysis, and assist in drafting documents.
- Prepare case summaries and representations.
- Contribute meaningfully to ongoing projects while honing writing and drafting skills.
- Create and refine content on legal topics.
- Collaborate with the legal team and provide administrative and research support.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing agreements under professional supervision.
