T&S LAW is inviting applications for an Assessment Internship at its Noida office. The internship is aimed at candidates interested in building a career in Capital Markets and Corporate Law and may lead to potential absorption into the firm based on performance.
About the Internship
The firm is looking for diligent, detail-oriented, and highly motivated candidates with an understanding of the Companies Act, 2013. Selected candidates will gain practical exposure to capital market transactions, corporate legal work, due diligence, and legal research and drafting.
Eligibility Criteria
• 5th-year law students and law graduates may apply.
• Students in the 4th year or below should not apply under this assessment internship programme.
• Strong legal research and drafting skills.
• Keen interest in Capital Markets.
• Understanding of the Companies Act, 2013.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Ability to quickly grasp legal concepts and implement them practically.
• Willingness to relocate to Noida and work from the office.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Conduct CIBIL and promoter watchout checks.
• Conduct legal research and assist with drafting.
• Assist with IPR due diligence.
• Work on investment-related chapters and documentation.
• Research and assist with legal requirements concerning the appointment of directors.
• Assist with other corporate legal requirements under the Companies Act, 2013.
