ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
The Chambers is looking for motivated legal professionals seeking hands-on experience in litigation and real-estate law. The selected candidate will assist in matters before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums, including the High Court, civil courts, RERA authorities, and appellate tribunals.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Candidates with 0–2 years of litigation experience are preferred.
Applicants must be enrolled with a State Bar Council.
Exceptional fresh graduates demonstrating a genuine interest in litigation will also be given preference.
Candidates residing in Lucknow will be preferred.
PREFERRED PRACTICE AREAS
The ideal candidate should have experience in, or a strong interest in, the following areas:
Constitutional Law
Real-Estate Litigation
Property Disputes
RERA Matters
Legal Drafting
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The selected Associate will assist in matters before the High Court, civil courts, RERA authorities, appellate tribunals, and other judicial or quasi-judicial bodies.
Key responsibilities will include:
Conducting detailed legal research on statutory provisions, case law, and procedural issues.
Drafting pleadings, legal notices, applications, written submissions, and other court-related documents.
Assisting with case preparation, documentation, and hearing-related work.
Supporting litigation matters across the relevant practice areas.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Strong legal research, drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to work within deadlines.
Familiarity with court procedures and RERA-related procedures.
A genuine interest in litigation and real-estate law.
