ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
The firm is looking for candidates with relevant experience in General Corporate and Commercial law. The selected candidate will work on corporate advisory, transactions, commercial contracts, due diligence, and regulatory compliance matters.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience.
Relevant experience in General Corporate and Commercial law.
Experience in corporate advisory, mergers and acquisitions, and PE/VC transactions.
Familiarity with commercial contracts, due diligence, and regulatory compliance.
Strong drafting, legal research, and analytical skills.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Candidates should have practical experience in the following areas:
Corporate advisory and transactional matters.
Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A).
Private Equity and Venture Capital (PE/VC) transactions.
Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts.
Legal due diligence.
Regulatory and corporate compliance.
