JK Singh and Associates is inviting applications from law students for a litigation internship at its office in Jangpura Extension, New Delhi. The internship offers students an opportunity to gain practical exposure to legal research, litigation drafting, and preparation of documents used in legal proceedings.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
JK Singh and Associates is accepting applications for its November 2026 Internship Programme. Selected interns will assist with legal research and drafting various litigation-related documents, gaining practical insights into the preparation of court filings and written submissions.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Applicants must be enrolled in one of the following law programmes:
THREE-YEAR LL.B. PROGRAMME: Students in the second or third year.
FIVE-YEAR INTEGRATED LL.B. PROGRAMME: Students in the third, fourth, or fifth year.
Candidates with prior experience in litigation are preferred. Applicants who are willing to undertake an internship for a longer duration will also receive preference.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Selected interns will be expected to assist with the following tasks:
LEGAL RESEARCH: Conduct legal research on relevant legal issues and matters.
LITIGATION DRAFTING: Assist in drafting petitions, written submissions, and counter-affidavits.
BRIEFING NOTES: Prepare briefing notes and other supporting documents for legal matters.
DOCUMENT PREPARATION: Assist with preparing and organising litigation-related documents.
CASE-RELATED ASSISTANCE: Support the legal team in research and drafting assignments associated with ongoing matters.
DURATION AND LOCATION
INTERNSHIP MONTH: November 2026.
LOCATION: C-57, Jangpura Extension, New Delhi – 110014.
PREFERENCE: Candidates willing to intern for a longer duration will be preferred.
