ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
LegalPreneur is inviting applications for the position of Associate at its Ahmedabad office. The role primarily involves banking and debt recovery matters, SARFAESI proceedings, insolvency and commercial disputes, with regular appearances before the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) and National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) benches in Ahmedabad.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Handling banking and debt recovery matters.
Working on matters under the SARFAESI Act.
Assisting with insolvency proceedings and commercial disputes.
Drafting pleadings, applications and other legal documents.
Appearing before the DRT and NCLT benches in Ahmedabad.
Assisting with litigation strategy and case preparation.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Candidates should have 1–3 years of litigation experience.
Applicants should be comfortable with legal drafting and court appearances.
Prior exposure to banking, debt recovery, SARFAESI, insolvency or commercial disputes will be relevant to the role.
Knowledge of Gujarati will be an advantage.
