ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
TeamLease RegTech is inviting applications for the position of Associate CES (Customer Engagement Support). The selected candidate will support clients and help ensure the smooth functioning of the company’s Legal Compliance Tool.
Position: Associate CES (Customer Engagement Support) Location: Pune / Remote Qualification: LL.B. or higher Organisation: TeamLease RegTech
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Analysing and resolving legal compliance queries.
Preparing compliance reports and fulfilling reporting requirements.
Training clients on the Compliance Programme.
Coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Conducting legal compliance research whenever required.
Monitoring regulatory deadlines and compliance timelines.
Contributing to the improvement of legal compliance services.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Candidates should demonstrate the following skills and competencies:
Strong communication skills, computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office.
Understanding of legal compliance processes.
A proactive approach, critical thinking and attention to detail.
Strong client-handling and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
