ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
The Office of Adv. Ashwini Upadhyay is inviting applications for a one-month legal internship programme for December 2026. The internship will provide specialised exposure to writ petitions, particularly constitutional and public law matters before the Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Law students currently enrolled in a three-year or five-year LL.B. programme are eligible to apply.
Candidates should have an interest in constitutional law, public law and writ petition practice.
