Position: Technology & Media Lawyer
Experience: 4–5 years PQE
Location: Mumbai
Practice Area: Technology & Media Law
The opportunity is for lawyers with 4–5 years of PQE and experience in technology and media advisory work.
Key Requirements:
- Advising on technology and content licensing.
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating SaaS and other technology agreements.
- Advising on acquisition and licensing of content rights.
- Handling production of original content, advertising and branding deals.
- Providing advice across the legal and business aspects of technology and media transactions.
The team advises various technology and media clients, including:
- OTT platforms
- Social media platforms
- Digital media companies
- Music labels
- Print media
- Broadcasting companies
- Technology companies
- AI companies
