ABOUT THE CHAMBERS
Major Kavish Law Chambers is led by a practicing lawyer appearing before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, Delhi High Court and Armed Forces Tribunal.
The lawyer served for 11 years in the Indian Army as an officer of the Judge Advocate General’s Department (JAG), handling various legal issues including maintenance allowance, marital discord and divorce cases, statutory, non-statutory, anonymous and pseudonymous complaints, court martials, summaries of evidence, courts of inquiry, promotion and empanelment-related matters.
The practice also involves participation in proceedings before different High Courts and Armed Forces Tribunals.
